Common use of MEETINGS WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT Clause in Contracts

MEETINGS WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT. The Employee Council may request meetings with the Superintendent as may be necessary to review and discuss issues that could not be resolved with the building principal and/or issues that are district wide. District wide practices and the administration of this Agreement may also be discussed. Such meetings shall be held within ten (10) school days of the request to the Superintendent and are not intended to by-pass the grievance procedure
