The Board agrees to deduct from employees' salaries money for local, state and/or national association services and programs as said employees individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct and to transmit monies promptly to such association or associations.

2. Custodial employees hired after July 1, 1987, will be required to obtain a Black Seal license. Employees hired prior to July 1, 1987, who do not possess a Black Seal license, shall obtain the license as soon as possible. The Board will pay the tuition cost for the Black Seal License course and the test fee.

The programs and associations for this purpose shall be limited to those included on a schedule attached to the within agreement.
