Member districts. Current membership in the Cooperative includes the school districts listed on Appendix A attached hereto. The Governing Board shall revise Appendix A when necessary to reflect changes in membership of the Cooperative, and such revisions shall not constitute an Amendment to this Constitution.
Member districts. The member districts which shall be combined to form the Interstate District are: Fairlee, Vershire and West Fairlee in Vermont and Orford in New Hampshire. Other school districts seeking to become member districts of the Interstate District may petition the Commissioners of Education in New Hampshire and Vermont for membership in accordance with Article IX Section A (a) of the New Hampshire- Vermont Interstate School Compact. Such a petition may specify either the full K-12 range of grades to be included or a portion thereof.
Member districts. 1. The SSA will operate on State and federal budgets prepared by the Special Education Director and approved by the Management Board and Fiscal Agent Board of trustees. Member districts assume no responsibility for amounts expended beyond budget allocations without the proper budget amendments. Generally accepted accounting practices, which include budgeting, accounting, and reporting, as specified by the Texas Education Agency are followed and approved by the Board.

  • New York State Statewide Financial System New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) went live for NYS agencies in April 2012. Future SFS procurement functionality envisions the ability to fully host Contract catalogs, to integrate Contractor-hosted punch-out catalogs, and/or to submit and process invoices electronically. OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so. No costs or expenses associated with providing information and integration shall be charged to NYS.   • Local Subdivision Contribution The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute to the Project (the "Local Subdivision Contribution") the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Local Subdivision Contribution to the Project shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project as defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement.

  • Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.
