Member Training. Each new Member shall participate in training in the Sector’s 15 operation plan, harvest plan, bylaws, and other rules prior to the start of the fishing year for which 16 he shall enroll for the first time. Such training shall be led by the Sector Manager and may involve 17 other qualified persons as determined by the Sector Manager or Board.
