MEMBERSHIP FORMS. The Employer agrees to distribute membership forms for the Union with the basic employment paperwork required by the Employer. All membership forms for the Union completed by an employee of the Employer will be forwarded to the Union by the Employer, keeping a copy for the Employer and sending originals to the Union, no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the new employee’s employment with the Employer.
