Membership of the Commission shall be drawn from a cross-section of Liberian society. The Parties request that the International Community provide the necessary financial and technical support for the operations of the Commission.

Membership of the Commission. SECTION 1. The members of this Commission shall be the county governments of Xxxxxxx County, Coffee County, Xxxxxxxxx County, Xxxx County, Geneva County, Xxxxx County, and Houston County, and all municipalities within the geographical area of the aforesaid named seven counties who have or shall through their governing bodies by resolution adopt a written agreement of membership in this Commission.

  • The Commission 1. The Contracting Parties hereby establish within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") a Commission to be known as the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), for the purpose of exercising the functions and discharging the responsibilities set forth in Article III below.

  • Brokerage Commission Contributor has not engaged the services of, nor has it or will it or Acquirer become liable to, any real estate agent, broker, finder or any other person or entity for any brokerage or finder's fee, commission or other amount with respect to the transactions described herein on account of any action by Contributor.   • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.

  • Broker’s Commission The parties recognize as the broker(s) who negotiated this Lease the firm(s), if any, whose name(s) is (are) stated in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, and agree that Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of brokerage commissions to those broker(s) unless otherwise provided in this Lease.   • Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Telecommunications traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network, except for Telecommunications traffic that is interstate or intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. The determination of whether Telecommunications traffic is Exchange Access or Information Access shall be based upon Verizon’s local calling areas as defined by Verizon. Reciprocal Compensation Traffic does not include the following traffic (it being understood that certain traffic types will fall into more than one (1) of the categories below that do not constitute Reciprocal Compensation Traffic): (1) any Internet Traffic;
