Membership Records. Manage membership records by performing the following assignments:
1. Correspond with potential members and new members about the advantages of membership;
2. Maintain membership records by adding, removing and updating database records on an as-needed basis;
3. Mail to new members a current newsletter, membership directory, membership certificate, membership pin, code of ethics and welcome letter;
4. Provide list of non-member cities and coordinate with the administration chair the development of potential and new member marketing materials;
5. Provide a quarterly membership report for each board meeting;
6. Generate mailing labels on an as-needed basis; and
7. Maintain list of members for each committee by mailing list and/or group e-mail.
Membership Records. The Manager shall maintain a current record of the Members, their equity ownership interest in the Company, their capital accounts, and their Member percentages.

Whenever a new employee is hired into the bargaining unit, the District shall provide the above information within ten (10) days of hire.
2. The District shall notify the OEA Member Specialist whenever an employee in the bargaining unit is placed on an unpaid leave of absence for more than thirty (30) days, retires, is laid off, resigns, or changes their name.
3. In the event that the OEA Membership Specialist is unavailable, the above information shall be given to the GBEA President.
Membership Records. The Secretary shall keep, or cause to be kept, at the principal office, as determined by resolution of the Board of Directors, a record of the corporation’s members, showing the names of all members, and their addresses.
