Membership Rights and Limitations. Professional Teacher Membership in DVIDA entitles you to membership in a dance industry association that will include dance studios, professional competitors and instructors, students, and general members of the public who have an interest in promoting the art of dance. Charter Membership in DVIDA is limited to the first 200 Professional Members or as otherwise provided in the By-laws. DVIDA is a for-profit Division of W.D. Eng, Inc., dba Dance Vision, a Nevada corporation. Membership in DVIDA does not provide any right, title, interest, security, ownership, stock, or equitable participation in the Corporation or any participation in profits, whatsoever. Furthermore, no member shall have any right to use the Dance Vision Syllabus in any form of media broadcast, including but not limited to television, internet broadcasting, webinars, etc. Such use by members of the syllabus shall be limited solely to live on-site instruction. The By-Laws of DVIDA have been provided as part of the Application Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By signing this Application Agreement you are agreeing to abide by the By-Laws of DVIDA. If you have not received a copy of the By-Laws, please contact XXXXX immediately for a copy prior to signing and forwarding your application.
