Points of Interconnection and Trunk Types 2.1 Point(s) of Interconnection.
Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.
Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.
Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. Points of Interconnection As and to the extent required by Section 251 of the Act, the Parties shall provide Interconnection of their networks at any technically feasible point as described in Section 4.3. To the extent the originating Party’s POI is not located at the terminating Party’s relevant IP, the originating Party is responsible for transporting its traffic from it’s POI to the terminating Party’s relevant IP.
One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:
Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.
