Method of Earning and Accruing Personal Leave. A. Employees shall accrue personal leave with pay for straight time hours worked in accordance with the following schedule: Upon Completion of Continuous Service Hours Accrued Per Year B. Employees shall earn leave time based on time actually worked and time on approved leave with pay. C. Personal leave will be credited to the employee at the rate stated in section 16.2 (A) on a bi-weekly basis. The leave shall be credited on the last day of the pay period. D. The rate of accrual shall change to the higher rate at the start of the pay period in which the anniversary date of employment occurs.
