Method of Earning and Accruing Personal Leave. A. Employees shall accrue personal leave with pay for regular duty hours compensated in accordance with the following schedule: Years of Service Hours Accrued Per Year 5 thru 9 230 10 thru 14 260 15 thru 19 290 20 thru 24 320 25 or more 350 B. Employees shall earn leave time based on time actually worked and time on approved leave with pay.
