Method - Sick Leave Accrual. Full-time employees hired prior to November 27, 1981, accrue paid sick leave at the rate of three point five (3.5) hours for each biweekly pay period of continuous service (ninety-one (91) hours per year). Full-time employees hired on or after November 27, 1981, accrue paid sick leave at the rate of three (3.0) hours for each biweekly pay period of continuous service (seventy-eight (78) hours per year), beginning with the first day of employment.
