Microchip. Setareh Yorkies will register the puppy's microchip in the buyer's name within 14 days of leaving. The microchip and lifetime registration charge are already included in the puppy's purchase. It is the buyer's obligation to maintain their contact information with the microchip company up to date. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx will be the dog's secondary contact for the rest of his life. If we are notified that the dog has gone missing: • For the first time: a spoken warning • Second offense: a written warning • For the third time, the puppy is returned to the breeder.

Microchip. The Parties agree that registration of the microchip implanted in the Cat will remain in the name of Great Lakes Bengal Rescue as the primary contact and Adopter will be added as a secondary contact. This will remain as such for the life of the Cat.
Microchip. Your dog has been fitted with a microchip for identification purposes. A microchip is about the size of a grain of rice and is encoded with a unique ID number that will be assigned to your pet. No two microchips have the same ID number. A microchip is not a tracking device. It can only be “turned on” for a few seconds at a time by a handheld microchip scanner that is passed over the area the microchip is implanted to read the microchip’s unique ID number. Veterinarians and shelters have these scanners and use them to help lost pets all of the time. The microchip fee covers the cost of the microchip that has already been fitted. You must visit xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ to enroll your dog’s microchip and update your contact information.
Microchip. Microchip will be placed by breeder and registered in breeder and buyers name. If Buyers move or their phone number changes, they are required to notify breeder so records can be updated with new contact information. Initial Puppies Microchip #
Microchip. Owner shall maintain accurate and updated contact information on all microchip databases and shall add and maintain XXXX as a secondary contact. Owner shall also provide XXXX with current contact information including, but not limited to, home addresses, work phone numbers, cell phone numbers and email addresses for the life of Dog, so that if Dog becomes lost, XXXX may contact Owner to return it. Environment Necessities. Dog shall have adequate food, water and shelter at all times. Dog shall also be exercised daily to maintain good health and temperament. Indoor Shelter. Dog shall reside indoors, in the Owner's home, and live as a family member and companion. Dog shall not be kept outdoors during the Owner's working hours or at any other time while Owner is not at home.
Microchip. This dog has been microchipped for permanent identification. A record of the chip and its registration will be given to Buyer upon receipt of the dog. Seller will submit and incur the cost of this registration. Should this animal be “found” and Buyer (or its approved designee pursuant to paragraph 14 below) is not readily locatable, all rights of ownership will be considered voluntarily restored to Seller without compensation to Buyer or its approved designee.
Microchip. The breeder could implant a microchip to the puppy, if the buyer requests. There will be a $25 fee to the buyer. The price includes the microchip and the registration to AKC Reunite service. The buyer will be listed as the first contact and the breeder will be listed as the second contact. Buyers Initials ( )
