Microphones sound amplifiers and machine demonstrations will be permitted where the level of sound causes no annoyance to neighbouring site holders or visiting public. The Society shall be the sole judge as to whether there is any annoyance to the other site holders or the visiting public.
Microphones. All Five (5) musicians sing and need mics. All vocal mics must be CLEAN and UNDAMAGED. Foam windscreens must be provided for ALL microphones if the event is outdoors. Mics with On-Off switches are NOT acceptable. A selection of spare clips is required.
Microphones. The parties agree that before placing microphones on any Player to capture such Player’s voice during games or practices, the League and the PWHLPA must agree on where the microphones shall be placed on the Player (which must be non- obtrusive, as defined in Section 11.8), the capturing methods, how and by whom such captured content will be screened before being aired on broadcast or otherwise, and what will happen to the content after the conclusion of the broadcast, and whether the content can be commercialized otherwise. The parties agree that it shall be at the Player's discretion whether or not to wear a microphone.

Microphones. A. Six (6) microphones including one with on-off switch for announcements.
B. Six (6) microphone stands. Four (4) normal stands with booms and two (2) short stand with booms (for the drums).
C. Close micing of orchestral instruments (if applicable) is preferable for maximum sonic clarity. Contact mics for strings is preferable. The more microphones the better.
Microphones. Content from the player-worn microphones contemplated below shall be subject to the terms set forth in Attach- ment 57.
(a) A catcher, first baseman, and one or more outfielders play- ing in the All-Star Game will be encouraged by the Players Asso- ciation to wear a one-way microphone on a seven-second delay, provided that staff from the Association shall be exclusively responsible for communications with Players in this regard. The Association will guarantee that a minimum of two Players per All-Star Team will wear a one-way microphone.
(b) In addition, at the request of the Office of the Commis- sioner, a minimum of three (3) players per All-Star team shall wear a two-way microphone for at least one half-inning while the player is at bat or in the field. If for good cause an All-Star team does not produce a minimum of three (3) participants, the com- mitment of six (6) total player-participants regardless of team shall satisfy this provision, provided that the Parties agree to work together and with the broadcaster to ensure the appropriate mix of starters and reserves over the course of the Game. Each player who wears a two-way microphone in the All-Star Game shall receive a stipend from joint funds. Stipend amounts shall be $10,000 for the 2022 and 2023 All-Star Games, and $15,000 starting with the 2024 All-Star Game.
(c) Major League Baseball’s broadcast partner for the game also may embed microphones in locations on the field, including in or around the bases, for the purpose of capturing ambient sounds of the game. On or before seven (7) days prior to the All- Star Game, the Association shall be provided with a written description of where all such on-field microphones will be located.
