Road Manager. A Road Manager shall be elected by a majority of the property owners, will serve a term as agreed to by the property owners, and can be replaced or renewed at any time by a simple majority vote of the parcel owners. The Road Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the condition of the road surface and initiating maintenance activities as needed to maintain the minimum road surface standards.

Road Manager. Local Government The Road Manager (City of Gosnells) shall:  Notify the Rail Infrastructure Manager of any road works planned, either of a temporary or permanent nature, in the vicinity of a crossing.  Maintain the approaching local road surface in a reasonable condition beyond three metres of the rail line.  Maintain adequate line-of-sight distances for approaching drivers on local roads by removing vegetation and other visibility obstructions beyond three metres of the rail line and within the road reserve (and adjacent private property if required).  Advise Rail Infrastructure Manager of any significant removal of vegetation, or work that is likely to attract multiple public comment.  Report damaged and unserviceable line marking and signage associated with a rail crossing to MRWA.  Advising Rail Infrastructure Manager of any spraying programs being carried out on the rail boundaries, dates for work, and chemicals to be used, prior to the work commencing. Road Manager. Local Government The Road Manager (Local Government) shall:  Notify the Rail Infrastructure Manager of any road works planned, either of a temporary or permanent nature, in the vicinity of a crossing.  Maintain the approaching local road surface in a reasonable condition beyond the rail reserve in accordance with normal maintenance scheduling in context of the entire local road network.  Maintain adequate line-of-sight distances for approaching drivers on local roads by removing vegetation and other visibility obstructions within the road reserve (and adjacent private property if required).  Report damaged and unserviceable line marking and signage associated with a rail crossing to MRWA identified during inspection in accordance with normal maintenance regimes.
Road Manager. The Road Manager shall attend to the following: The Road Manager shall have the authority to spend corporation money and enter into contracts on behalf of Landowners, Inc. for the construction and maintenance of the maintained roads (reference Attachment III) and for the construction and maintenance of gates, fences, and other security devices authorized by the members, shall make estimates of projected road maintenance expense available to the Treasurer upon request, and shall have other authority as granted by the Board of Directors. In an emergency the Road Manager may spend up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) without approval of the Board of Directors to make roads passable. Non-emergency work and any work costing over one thousand dollars ($1,000) must have a work or purchase order signed by two officers or directors other than the Road Manager. The Road Manager shall prepare a written report for the Annual Meeting and for the Semi Annual Meeting of the membership and, if requested by the President or any two members of the board, for any meeting of the Board of Directors. At the annual meeting in May, the Road Manager shall present to the general Membership a proposed budget comprised of the costs of maintenance and improvements for the coming year, taking the input from the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will affix the amount of assessments to be charged each owner and present the budget to the Membership. All decisions regarding the budget for maintenance and repair of the Road and the affixing of assessments for the cost of same shall be determined by a majority of the Members casting votes, including proxies.
Road Manager. A Road Manager shall initially be an internally designated member(s) of the Developer; but, Xxxxxxxxx’s responsibility as Road Manager shall end 3 months after a majority of fee simple title to the Lots are acquired by Owner(s) other than Developer, at which point a new Road Manager shall be elected by a majority of the Owners and will serve a term of 2 years or such other period of time as agreed to by the Owners. Thereafter, the Road Manager can be replaced or renewed at any time by a simple majority vote of the Owners. The Road Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the condition of the Private Road surface and initiating maintenance activities as needed to maintain the minimum road surface standards. The Road Manager shall not be liable to any Owner for any action or for any failure in connection with his or her role as Road Manager if the action or failure to act was in good faith and without malice.

  • Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference.   • Incident Management 3.1. We shall notify You without undue delay after We becomes aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data, including Personal Data, stored or otherwise processed by Us or Our sub-processors of which We become aware (“Security Incident”).

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract. The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website.
