Common use of Military Care Giver Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Care Giver Leave. (1) Up to twenty-six (26) weeks of leave may be granted in a single twelve (12) month period for an employee, who meets the requirements set forth in this Article, including next of kin, to care for a covered service member for a serious injury incurred by the covered service member in the line of active duty. For the purpose of this section of the policy, the following definitions apply:
