Military Leave—Short Term (up to thirty. (30) days) An employee called during the school year for National Guard or Reserve Duty necessary to the national security as shown by proper authority, shall be granted special leave for this purpose and shall be compensated for the difference between the employee’s pay received for the performance of such duty, if any, up to the end of the contract year. Special leave shall not be deducted for either sick leave or personal business leave.
