Continuing Benefits. Notwithstanding Section 1.4(f), termination pursuant to this Section 1.4 shall not modify or affect in any way whatsoever any vested right of the Executive to benefits payable under any retirement or pension plan or under any other employee benefit plan of the Company, and all such benefits shall continue, in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of such plans, to be payable in full to, or on account of, the Executive after such termination.
Continuing Benefits. Laid off employees shall have health and life insurance continued for up to ninety (90) days from the effective day of the layoff.

Continuing Benefits. All benefits affecting terms and conditions of employment covered in prior agreements and previously approved by the City Council not specifically revoked or amended by subsequent agreements shall be considered a part of this agreement.

In the event the Executive is entitled to severance benefits pursuant to subsection 4(a)(i), then in addition to such severance benefits, the Executive shall receive Company-paid health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverage as provided to such Executive immediately prior to the Executive's termination, upon the terms and conditions, including deductibles and co-payments, provided in the Company's then-existing plans, policies and programs, for a period of twelve (12) months.
Continuing Benefits. The Employer will pay the costs of benefits (Extended health, dental, group life and MSP) for employees while on LTD and/or while on WCB including during any appeal period set out in either the LTD plan or the WCB appeal process, but not including any court action.
Continuing Benefits. An Employee who is laid off may continue to contribute toward and receive the benefits of any state insurance program and may continue to contribute toward and receive retirement credit in the State Universities Retirement System if the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures governing the administration of such insurance programs or the State Universities Retirement System so permit.

Any working conditions or job benefits which were in effect on the effective date of this Agreement and which are not provided for or abridged by this Agreement, will continue in force throughout the life of the Agreement unless altered by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union.
Continuing Benefits. While in the employment pool, an Employee may continue in the District fringe benefit programs for which they are legally qualified. Such continuance shall require reimbursement to the District of the District's costs in advance by the tenth (10th) of each month.

In the event that the Executive's employment is terminated other than for "Cause" (as defined in Section 5.1 below) the Company shall continue to provide to the Executive, for a period of two years following such termination, health and dental insurance substantially similar to that in effect at the time of such termination.
