MILITARY SERVICE VETERANS. SECTION 28.1 Any employee who enters into active service in the armed forces of the United States, upon the honorable termination of such service, shall be offered re-employment in their previous position or a position of like seniority, status and pay, unless the circumstances have so changed to make it impossible or totally unreasonable to do so, in which event the employee will be offered such employment in line with their seniority as may be available which the employee is capable of doing at the current rate of pay for such work, provided the employee reports for work within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of such discharge or one hundred twenty (120) days after hospitalization continuing after discharge.
