Foods containing fat and / or sugar Many of our homemade desserts are from recipes they have developed to ensure they are low in fat and sugar, with many containing a proportion of whole meal flour. No confectionary is sold in school, and no chocolate used in baking. F&M and the service it provides at school will be judged largely by the quality of the menus and standard of food served every day. They are also aware of our responsibility to provide pupils and staff with nutritionally balanced food. Our menus are therefore complied to meet the following objectives: • To promote healthier eating habits • To meet current statutory nutritional standards • To provide interest and reduce menu fatigue • To provide a balance of homemade items with popular products As the service provider and as part of our working partnership F&M will: • Ensure that all food and drink offered for sale conforms to the Government’s nutritional standards for school lunches. • Ensure all staff with responsibility for preparing, cooking and serving the catering service understand the requirements of the law and that any changes to the menus comply with the standards • Ensure a formal monitor is carried out annually on the menus provided

Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. I: Must be capable without direction of performing all practices under Xxxxxxxxxx Must under directionbecomeproficient at reading and understanding blueprints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly. Xxxxxxxxxx "A": Must he capable without direction, of performing all under Xxxxxxxxxx X, and Must take full responsibility for work done by himself or his assistant. Must he in possession of a Millwright Certificate or a Machinist Certificate or Welder Certificate. Millwrightspresently employed in this classification will not be required to have a Certificate.
