Mineral Information. The information set forth in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectuses relating to the estimates of the mineral resources and reserves of the Material Properties has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101 and the method of estimating the mineral resources and reserves has been verified by mining experts and the information upon which such estimates were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material adverse changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof;
Mineral Information. The information set forth in the Offering Documents relating to the estimates by the Corporation of the indicated and inferred mineral resources has been reviewed and verified by the Corporation or independent consultants to the Corporation as disclosed in the Continuous Disclosure Materials and, except as disclosed in the Continuous Disclosure Materials, the mineral resource information has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators, and the method of estimating the mineral resources has been verified by mining experience and the information upon which the estimates of resources were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof except as disclosed in the Continuous Disclosure Materials.
Mineral Information. The information set forth in the Offering Documents relating to the estimates by Augusta and the Material Subsidiaries of the mineral resources and mineral reserves have been reviewed and verified by the authors described under the heading “Interests of Experts” and, in all cases, the resource information has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in National Instrument 43-101 – “Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects”, and the information upon which the estimates of resources and reserves were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material adverse changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof.
Mineral Information. The Corporation is in compliance with the provisions of NI 43-101 and has filed all technical reports in respect of its Material Properties required thereby, which remain current as at the date hereof. The Technical Reports comply in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 and there is no new material scientific or technical information concerning the Material Properties since the respective dates thereof that would require a new technical report in respect of any such Material Property to be issued. The information set forth in the Offering Documents relating to scientific and technical information, including the estimates of the mineral resources and mineral reserves of the Material Properties, have been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101; and the method of estimating the mineral resources and mineral reserves has been verified by mining experts who are “qualified persons” (within the meaning of NI 43-101) and the information upon which the estimates of mineral resources and mineral reserves were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof;

The Corporation is in compliance with the provisions of NI 43-101 and has filed all technical reports in respect of its Mineral Property and Non-Material Properties required thereby, which remain current as at the date hereof. The information set forth in the Offering Documents relating to scientific and technical information, including the estimates of the mineral resources of the Mineral Property and the Non-Material Properties, have been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101; and the method of estimating the mineral resources has been verified by mining experts who are “qualified persons” (within the meaning of NI 43-101) and the information upon which the estimates of mineral resources were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof;
Mineral Information. The information set forth in the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum relating to the estimates by the Company of the mineral reserves and resources (collectively, the “Mineral Report”) at the Company’s properties (i) has been reviewed and verified by qualified persons (as defined in National Instrument 43-101— Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects of the Canadian Securities Administrators (“NI 43-101”)) employed by the Company or a subsidiary of the Company or by qualified persons that are independent of the Company (any such person, a “Mineral Consultant”) where required by NI 43-101 as disclosed in the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum, (ii) has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101 and (iii) fairly reflects, in all material respects, the estimated proven and probable mineral reserves and estimated measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources (as such terms are defined by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”) in the CIM Definition Standards on Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves adopted by the CIM Council, as amended) of the Company and its subsidiaries, as applicable, at the dates indicated therein. The method of estimating such mineral reserves and resources has been in accordance with sound mining, engineering, geosciences and other applicable industry standards and practices, including the standards and guidelines established by the CIM, and in accordance with all applicable laws, including NI 43-101, and has been verified by qualified persons using accepted guidelines and practices, and the information upon which the estimates of reserves and resources was based at the time of delivery thereof, was complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof, except as disclosed in the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum. The Company has duly filed with the applicable Canadian securities commissions in compliance with applicable Canadian Securities Laws all technical reports required to be filed under NI 43-101 and all such reports comply in all material respects with the requirements thereof; prior to the issuance of such technical reports, the Company made available all information requested by the authors of such reports and such information did not contain any misrepresentation at its date.
Mineral Information. Asanko is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43-101 and has filed all technical reports in respect of the Asanko Project required thereby, which remain current as at the date hereof.
Mineral Information. The information set forth in the Offering Documents relating to the estimates of the mineral resources and reserves of the Material Properties and the Blackwater Project has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101 and the method of estimating the mineral resources and reserves has been verified, to the extent required by Law, by “qualified persons” (as such term is defined in NI 43-101) and the information upon which such estimates were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material adverse changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof.
Mineral Information. The information set forth in the public record of the Corporation and the Final Prospectus relating to the estimates by the Corporation of its mineral resources and/or reserves has been reviewed and verified by the Corporation or independent geologists to the Corporation as disclosed therein and the mineral resource information have been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards and NI 43-101, and the method of estimating the mineral resources has been verified by independent geologists to the Corporation that were qualified persons within the meaning of NI 43-101 and the information upon which the estimates of resources were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof.
Mineral Information. The information relating to the estimates by the Company of its mineral resources and mineral reserves has been reviewed and verified by the Company or independent consultants to the Company as disclosed in the Public Disclosure Record and, except as disclosed in the Public Disclosure Record, the mineral resource and mineral reserve information has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators, and the method of estimating the mineral resources and mineral reserves has been verified and the information upon which the estimates of resources and reserves were based, was, at the time of delivery thereof, complete and accurate in all material respects and there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof except as disclosed in the Public Disclosure Record.
