Minimise disruption. Where the Authority carries out the Final Survey, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise any disruption caused to the provision of the Services by the Contractor. Where the Authority procures the carrying out of the Final Survey, the Authority shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the person carrying out the survey minimises any disruption caused to the provision of the Services by the Contractor. The Contractor shall afford the Authority or any person carrying out the survey (free of charge) any reasonable assistance required by the Authority during the carrying out of the Final Survey.
