Minimum Award. The minimum scholarship award to be granted at any time from the Fund is $500. The amount of the scholarship award(s) will be determined by the “distributable income” generated annually by the Fund. The “distributable income is calculated pursuant to BCF’s Investment and Spending Policy. If the distributable amount available from the Fund in any given year is less than $500, BCF, in its sole discretion, may forego making a distribution in said year in order to increase the long term average of the fund value; or BCF may couple the distributable amount of the Fund with another Scholarship Fund to make an award of at least $500.

Minimum Award. Except as pro- vided in paragraph (c) of this section, a fellowship awarded under this part may not be less than half the national aver- age salary of public school teachers in the most recent year for which satis- factory data are available, as deter- mined by the Secretary.

BCF will make distributions from the Fund by applying a percentage to the “fund value.” The “fund value” will not be the actual value of the fund on the date the percentage amount is applied but instead will be calculated pursuant to BCF’s Investment & Spending Policy attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule B. If the distributable amount available from the Fund in any given year is less than $500, BCF, in its sole discretion, may forego making a distribution in said year in order to increase the long term average of the fund value; or BCF may couple the distributable amount of the Fund with another ROTC Scholarship Fund to make these awards at least $500 each.
Minimum Award. Unless otherwise stipulated by Unicity and in order to minimize processing and handling costs, Unicity will not generate an Award payment for any amount under ten dollars ($10.00). Should a Distributor be eligible for an Award payment of less than ten dollars ($10.00), the equivalent Volume will be credited to the Distributor’s Unicity account.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Payout At the commencement of the period of leave, the College shall pay to the participant the moneys standing to his/her credit less any premiums or contributions deducted for the year, except as may otherwise be mutually agreed, it being understood that interest is not earned for the period of leave.

  • Grant Award On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.00) (the “Maximum Grant Amount”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.

  • Performance Metrics In the event Grantee fails to timely achieve the following performance metrics (the “Performance Metrics”), then in accordance with Section 8.4 below Grantee shall upon written demand by Triumph repay to Triumph all portions of Grant theretofore funded to and received by Grantee:
