Minimum periods of time. The Signatory Body shall comply with the following time periods: a. Minimum period for receipt of tenders after publication of call for tenders: one (1) month; b. Minimum period between the contract award date and the start of collection services: eight (8) months. Exceptionally, where such time periods are not practicable due to the execution date of this Agreement or the end date of the collection and transportation contract to which the Signatory Body is a party, ÉEQ may agree with the Signatory Body to shorter time periods.

  • Calculation of Time Periods Except as otherwise indicated, all periods of time referred to herein shall include all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the date to perform the act or give any notice with respect to this Agreement shall fall on a day other than a Business Day, such act or notice may be timely performed or given if performed or given on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Computation of Time Periods In this Agreement in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each mean “to but excluding”.

  • Extension of Time Periods The parties may extend any period of time provided in this Article 7 by mutual agreement.

  • Break Periods There will be no rest periods, organized coffee breaks or other non-working time established during working hours. Individual coffee containers will be permitted at the employee’s work location.

  • Calculation of Time For the purposes of this Agreement, “days” refers to calendar days unless otherwise specified.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the scheduled hours of work. The length of the meal period shall be agreed to at the local level and shall be not less than 30 minutes nor more than 60 minutes. (b) An employee shall be entitled to take their meal period away from the workstation. Where this cannot be done, the meal period shall be considered as time worked.

  • Devotion of Time The Directors shall not be obligated and shall not be expected to devote all of their time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company (except, to the extent appropriate, in their capacity as employees of the Company).

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.
