Minimum Rental Period. Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall begin on the date specified in the Equipment Invoice for delivery of equipment and shall continue until the equipment is returned. Lessee agrees to return said equipment on the date specified in the Equipment Invoice. Out of town shipment of equipment shall be billed for a minimum two days rental charge. Irrespective of any arrangements with respect to total number of rental days, full daily rates shall be charged for each day and each piece of equipment not returned after the date specified for the return of the equipment. A full additional day’s rental will be charged for any equipment not returned by 12:00 PM, unless additional arrangements are made. When on a daily schedule, daily rates will be charged for each day, Sundays and holidays included if the equipment is used. The daily rate will be charged for each full day or any portion thereof.

All returns must be complete before 10 AM on the day of return. Late return will result in the charge of additional rental days to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

The minimum rental period for the cars leased hereunder shall be sixty (60) months, and the cars shall continue under lease thereafter for successive one (1) month terms, at the same rate and under the same conditions, unless notice, in writing, requesting cancellation shall be given by either party to the other for cars covered by this Rider. Promptly upon receipt or after sending of a notice of termination of the lease, Lessee shall make arrangements for the return of the cars hereunder to Lessor. Each car shall be deemed returned and no longer subject to the terms and provisions of this lease on the date each car is delivered to Lessor subsequent to the termination of this lease at Lessor’s designated destination. Thereafter, if no notice of termination is given, this Rider shall terminate automatically upon the date of release of the last car covered by this Rider. (b) The initial rental for 30 days shall be payable in advance.
(c) The extension of rental periods shall be in units of thirty (30) days.
(d) Rental periods begin five (5) days after shipment from our plant and end the day the machine is received back to our plant.
Minimum Rental Period. 2.1. The minimum rental period is 7 days for travel within the borders of South Africa and 15 days for travel that includes adjoining countries.
2.2. Each day is a 24-‐hour period.
2.3. The days of pick-‐up and drop off of vehicles are each counted as full days irrespective of the time collected and returned.
2.4. No refunds are applicable for early returns unless arranged in advance and agreed by Bushpig Safaris.
Minimum Rental Period. (a) The minimum Rental Period is 5 days.
(b) Rentals of 10 days or more have a fixed daily rental cost.
(c) Short gap bookings occasionally become available at all depots in different seasons and are subject to Our sole discretion.
Minimum Rental Period. 3.1 Unless otherwise agreed by TechPro Safaris, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days (leaving the base and returning back to the base), whiles the minimum rental period for cross border travel, that includes adjoining countries, is 14 (fourteen) days.
3.2 The days of pick-up and drop off of vehicle are each counted as full days irrespective of the time collected and returned.
3.3 We reserve the right to change minimum rental periods in the case of high kilometre rentals but this will be confirmed prior to booking.
