Promptly upon receipt or after sending of a notice of termination of the lease, Lessee shall make arrangements for the return of the cars hereunder to Lessor. Each car shall be deemed returned and no longer subject to the terms and provisions of this lease on the date each car is delivered to Lessor subsequent to the termination of this lease at Lessor’s designated destination. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. (a) The minimum Rental Period is 5 days.
