Minimum Service Commitment. If you are receiving the Recovery Act Basic Plan, you had a 12-month Minimum Service Term. If you are receiving any other Recovery Act Plan, you had an 18-month Minimum Service Term.

You may not downgrade your Internet Service Plan to a lower tier Internet Service Plan until 30 days after activation of your Internet Service.

A minimum multimedia transmission service level of $25,000 per month per rack is required. Transmission charges applied to this commitment level include monthly recurring fees for Private Line, ATM and Frame Relay services. WinStar's monthly transmission billing will be reviewed against the quantity of Collocation Service and WinStar shall be liable for any deficiency. Charges for deficiency will be assessed one month in arrears.

Minimum Service Commitment. Except as otherwise provided herein, Customer agrees to maintain the Ports set forth below for the duration of the respective Service Terms (“Port Commitment”). The parties agree to work cooperatively to complete a deployment plan within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date that will result in the fastest reasonable delivery and activation for the entirety of the Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx.
