MINIMUM SERVICES. Pursuant to the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000 (265 ILCS 454/1 et seq.), as amended, Broker, 28 through the Designated Agent, must provide to Seller, at a minimum, the following services: (a) accept delivery of and present to Seller offers 29 and counteroffers to buy, sell, lease or otherwise transfer any interest in the Property or any portion thereof; (b) assist Seller in developing, 30 communicating, negotiating and presenting offers, counteroffers and notices that relate to the offers and counteroffers until a lease or 31 purchase agreement is fully executed and all contingencies are satisfied or waived; and (c) answer Seller's questions relating to the offers, 32 counteroffers, notices and contingencies.

MINIMUM SERVICES. Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, as amended, provides that all exclusive brokerage 139 agreements must specify that the sponsoring broker, through one or more sponsored licensees, must provide at a 140 minimum, the following services: (1) accept delivery of and present to the client offers and counter-offers to buy, sell, or 141 lease the client’s property or the property the client seeks to purchase or lease; (2) assist the client in developing, 142 communicating, negotiating, and presenting offers, counter offers, and notices that relate to the offers and counteroffers 143 until a lease or purchase agreement is signed and all contingencies are satisfied or waived; and (3) answer the client’s 144 questions relating to the offers, counter-offers, notices, and contingencies.
MINIMUM SERVICES. Pursuant to the Real Estate License Act of 2000, as amended, Broker must provide, at a minimum, the 27 following services: (a) accept delivery of and present to the Buyer offers and counteroffers to sell or lease any Property that Buyer seeks to 28 acquire; (b) assist the Buyer in developing, communicating, negotiating and presenting offers, counteroffers and notices that relate to the 29 offers and counteroffers until a lease or agreement for the acquisition of the Property is signed and all contingencies have been satisfied or 30 waived; and (c) answer the Buyer's questions relating to the offers, counteroffers, notices and contingencies.
MINIMUM SERVICES. Videotron reserves the right, as a condition of its provision of Services, to demand that the customer purchase and maintain a minimum level of Service, the content of which may be established from time to time by Videotron based on regulatory requirements and Videotron’s policies.
MINIMUM SERVICES. In addition to any other services to be performed by Agent xxxxxxxxx, Agent agrees to do the following: (A) accept delivery of and present to the Owner offers and counteroffers to buy, sell, or lease the Owner’s Property; (B) assist the Owner in developing, communicating, negotiating, and presenting offers, counteroffers, and notices that relate to the offers and counteroffers until a lease or purchase agreement is signed and all contingencies are satisfied or waived; and (C) answer the Owner’s questions relating to the offers, counteroffers, notices, and contingencies.
MINIMUM SERVICES. The following services shall be provided at a level of service necessary to establish and maintain a high municipal standard of care. Any stated service levels shall be deemed to be the minimum level of service required and shall include the following:
i. Mowing (minimum twice monthly; weekly May – October);
ii. Pruning, trimming, edging, weeding;
iii. Fertilization and pest control; and
iv. Irrigation maintenance and controls, where irrigation exists as of the date hereof.
MINIMUM SERVICES. ONTC is not guaranteeing the Consultant will be requested to provide any minimum amount or quantity of Services under this Agreement. ONTC’s retainer of the Consultant to provide the Services is not exclusive. ONTC may engage other Consultants to provide all or part of the Services or similar services at its sole discretion. The Consultant shall provide all reasonable cooperation as may be required by such third parties.
MINIMUM SERVICES. Sponsoring Broker, through the designated agent, shall attempt to procure tenant(s) for each of the units described above. Services will include, at a minimum (a) accepting and presenting Owner with any applications, offers, and counteroffers to lease the property or any portion thereof; (b) assisting Owner in developing communications and negotiating the terms, as applicable, of applications, offers, counteroffers and notices that relate to leasing of the property; and (c) answering Owner’s questions relating to such applications, offers, counteroffers, and notices.
MINIMUM SERVICES. Pursuant to the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, 225 ILCS 454/1 et seq., as amended, Sponsoring Broker, through the Designated Agent, must provide Owner with the following minimum services through the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement: (a) accepting and presenting Owner with any applications, offers, and counteroffers to lease the Property or any portion thereof; (b) assisting Owner in developing communications and negotiating the terms, as applicable, of applications, offers, counteroffers and notices that relate to leasing of the Property; and (c) answering Owner’s questions relating to such applications, offers, counteroffers, and notices.
