Minority Reports. A.1.4.1 The Contractor agrees to give consideration to completing and returning to the Michigan Department of Civil Rights a Minority or Female-Owned or Handicapper- Owned Business Verification form if the Contractor is a minority, female or handicapper proprietary business person, and is not already certified by the Michigan Department of Civil Rights as a bona fide minority or female or handicapper business person.   • Other Reports (a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower or its Board of Directors by its independent public accountants in connection with their auditing function, including, without limitation, any management report and any management responses thereto; and

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.
