Minority Report definition

Minority Report means the software product known as Minority Report (Playstation 2, Microsoft X-Box and Nintendo GameCube versions) developed pursuant to the terms of the Minority Report Agreement.
Minority Report means a record of a member’s view or opposition related to a certain recommendation at the Committee of the Whole, Standing Committee, Special Committee or a Subcommittee, which is included in the subsequent Committee report to the Board. Minority Report is a way to present an alternate recommendation or record of a member’s view at Committee for the Board’s information;
Minority Report means a report offered or tendered by a minority of Members on a question before the Council or any Committee thereof;

Related to Minority Report

  • Funds Flow Statement means a funds flow statement in agreed form.

  • Royalty Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • insider report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Pro Forma Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b) hereof.

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • Consolidated Financial Statements means, with respect to any Person, collectively, the consolidated financial statements and notes to those financial statements, of that Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account.

  • Closing Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.
