MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN. A Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) will be prepared for the IS/MND. Based on the City’s preference, the MMRP can also be prepared as part of the Final IS/MND, which in our experience can be more efficient as it reflects final mitigation measures that may have changed during the public review process. The MMRP will contain a compilation of mitigation measures presented in the IS/MND and will identify responsible parties, timing or phasing, and enforcement parties. This will be presented in a matrix format. ESA will provide the MMRP as a separate chapter or separate “submittal” as directed by the City, and will be circulated for public review/comment with the IS/MND. The mitigation measures and the MMRP will be fully consistent with City policies and programs, and will meet the requirements of Section 21081.6(a) of the Public Resources Code. Subtask 3.1 Circulate IS/MND and Notice of Intent (NOI)
MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN. For Initial Studies that identify mitigation measures to reduce a potentially significant impact to less than significant, Sagecrest will consolidate all mitigation measures into tabular format to serve at the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (Section 15097) and provide an electronic copy to the City.
