Meetings and Conference Calls a) Participate in contract management conference calls/webinars with TVPPCP every other month, beginning in July 2018. The purpose of the calls are to review activity status and plans, identify next steps and timelines, request for and receive technical assistance, and for collaboration and sharing regional work.
Meetings and Conference Calls. Adequate hours have been budgeted for attendance, preparation, and travel to public hearings, meetings, and project management activities, including meetings specifically called out in the previous tasks. If additional meetings or additional hours are required, these will be billed on a time-and- materials basis. All public hearings will be attended by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Project Director, and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Project Manager, both of whom will also assist in the facilitation of the public meetings and present the MND.
Meetings and Conference Calls. Commission staff may require meetings and conference calls with Contractor in order to monitor Contractor’s progress in implementing Contractor’s program or project in accordance with the Scope of Services/Task Order or discuss a particular issue, product, deliverable, service or evaluation. Commission staff may require in person meetings with Contractor at Commission’s office.
Meetings and Conference Calls. FK&A will attend all meetings requested by ESA, the City, and/or the Applicant team. This proposal includes a fee allowance budget for meetings and conference calls. All meetings and conference calls are invoiced on an hourly basis. Meetings and conferences exceeding the allowance will be attended with separate authorization for additional fees to adequately compensate FK&A for the additional time required.

The Company agrees that as often as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent during the Waiver Period and any Standstill Period it will have meetings to which all of the Banks are invited, on dates and in locations to be mutually agreed with the Administrative Agent (or, if in any particular instance agreed by the Administrative Agent, a conference call in lieu of such a meeting), at which its senior management will make detailed presentations of its recent results of operations and current financial condition and the current status of its business and affairs, as well as the status of the Strategic Process. For all such meetings and conference calls, the Company will arrange for representatives of Lazard Freres, the Company's financial adviser, to be present or participating and available to answer questions concerning the status and results of their activities on behalf of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company will hold a conference call at least once a month during the Waiver Period and any Standstill Period in which all of the Banks will be invited to participate, on a date and at a time to be mutually agreed with the Administrative Agent, at which its senior management and representatives of Lazard Freres will report on the status of the Strategic Process.
Meetings and Conference Calls. The Parties shall determine an appropriate set of periodic meetings or telephone conference calls to be held between representatives of Hawaiian Telcom and Accenture. Such meetings shall include the following:
(a) a weekly meeting among the Hawaiian Telcom Account Representative, the Accenture Account Representative and any other appropriate operational personnel to discuss daily performance and planned or anticipated activities that may adversely affect performance of the Services or any changes;
(b) a monthly management meeting of the Service Management Steering Committee; and
(c) a quarterly management meeting to review relevant Service performance and other issues. Each Party shall communicate its objectives or publish its proposed agenda for any meeting sufficiently in advance of the meeting to allow meeting participants a reasonable opportunity to prepare.
Meetings and Conference Calls. The Parties shall determine an appropriate set of periodic meetings or telephone conference calls to be held between representatives of State and Quest. The Parties contemplate that such meetings will include the following during the period through the Go Live Date:
(a) Weekly meetings among a representative of State’s consultant, Quest Project Manager and Quest’s team leaders to monitor software development, architecture planning, implementation activities, the overall execution of the Project and to periodically prepare reports to the SVRS Steering Committee.
(b) A monthly meeting among Quest Project Manager and any other appropriate operational personnel to discuss daily performance and planned or anticipated activities that may adversely affect performance or any Changes;
(c) Periodic meetings of the SVRS Steering Committee; and
(d) An annual senior management meeting to review relevant performance and other issues.

The Parties will determine an appropriate set of periodic meetings or telephone conference calls to be held between representatives of Client and Accenture and set forth such call requirements in the applicable Services Agreement. At either Party’s request, the other Party will publish its proposed agenda for any meeting sufficiently in advance of the meeting to allow meeting participants a reasonable opportunity to prepare. All meetings will be held in such location as mutually agreed by the Parties.
