Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program definition

Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program or "MMRP" means the program for implementation of the Mitigation Measures, identified in the EIR, and adopted by the Town Council.
Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program or “MMRP” means the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting and Program described in Exhibit “I”, herein.

Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program or “MMRP” shall mean the program for reporting on or monitoring changes the City has required in a project or made a condition of approval of a project to mitigate or avoid significant impacts that is approved by the City at the time an MND is approved or an EIR is certified.
