Mobile Banking Software License. You are hereby granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-assignable license (“Li- cense”) to download, install and use the Software application on your Mobile Device within the United States and its territories. In the event that you obtain a new or different Mobile Device, you will be required to download and install the Software application to that new or different Mobile Device. This License shall be deemed re- voked immediately upon: • your termination of Mobile Banking in accordance with this Agreement; • your deletion of the Software application from your Mobile De- vice; or • our written notice to you at any time with or without cause. If this License is revoked for any of the foregoing reasons, you agree to promptly delete the Software application from your Mobile Device.
Mobile Banking Software License. You may access select Online Services on a mobile device by using our mobile banking application available on Android or iPhone. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Online Services available on our mobile application at any time and you agree that some or all of the Online Services may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, such as while roaming. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are hereby granted a personal limited license (“License”) to download, install and use the mobile banking application software (“Software”) on your mobile device within the United States and its territories. You are permitted to use content delivered to you through the Software for personal use only and you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content for any other purpose. Further, you agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any aspect of the Software. This License shall be deemed revoked immediately upon: • The termination of your enrollment in Online Services in accordance with this Agreement; • Your deletion of the Software from your mobile device; • Your noncompliance with this Agreement; or • Written notice to you at any time, with or without cause. In the event this License is revoked for any of the foregoing reasons, you agree to promptly delete the Software from your mobile device if you have not already done so. This License does not amend or supersede any agreements you may have with your mobile service carrier or provider. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and other restrictions which might impact your use of the Software (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for downloading the Software, receiving or sending mobile banking text messages, or other use of your mobile device when using the Software), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that your mobile service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services and it is responsible for the operation, security, functionality or availability of any mobile device or mobile network which you utilize to access the Software.

If this License is revoked for any of the foregoing reasons, you agree to promptly delete the Software application from your Wireless De- vice.

This License shall be deemed revoked immediately upon (i) your termination of Mobile Banking in accordance with this Addendum; (ii) your deletion of the Software from your Wireless Device; or (iii) our written notice to you at any time with or without cause. If this License is revoked for any of the foregoing reasons, you agree to promptly delete the Software from your Wireless Device. The provisions of Sections 3 and 4 of this Addendum shall survive revocation of the License.
Mobile Banking Software License. You may access Heritage Online services on a mobile device by using our mobile application available on Android or iOS. We reserve the right to modify, limit or eliminate the scope of Heritage Online services available on our mobile banking application or elsewhere at any time and you agree that some or all of the Heritage Online services may not be accessible or may have limited utility. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a personal limited license (“License”) to download, install and use our mobile application software on your mobile device within the United States and its territories. However, this License shall be deemed revoked immediately upon: • Your noncompliance with the terms of this Agreement; • Termination of your enrollment in Online Services in accordance with this Agreement; • Your deletion of the mobile application software from your mobile device; or • Written notice to you at any time, with or without cause. You agree to promptly delete the Software from each of your mobile devices if you have not already done so if this License is revoked for any reason. This License does not amend or replace any agreements you may have with your mobile service provider. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and other restrictions which might impact your use of the software and agree to be solely responsible for all fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services and it is responsible for the operation, security or availability of any mobile device or network which you utilize to access the software.
Mobile Banking Software License. You are hereby granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable and non- your Mobile Device within the United States and its territories. In the event that you obtain a new or different Mobile Device, you will be required to download and install the Software application to that new or different Mobile Device. This License shall be deemed re- voked immediately upon (i) your termination of Mobile Banking in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) your deletion of the Software application from your Mobile Device; or (iii) our written notice to you at anytime with or without cause. If this License is revoked for any of the foregoing reasons, you agree to promptly delete the Soft- ware application from your Mobile Device.
Mobile Banking Software License. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are hereby granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-assignable license (“License”) to download, install and use the free PEFCU Mobile Application (located at the Apple App Store and Android Marketplace) on your Device within the United States and its territories. This License shall be deemed revoked immediately upon (i) your termination of this Agreement in accordance with its provisions; (ii) your deletion of the PEFCU Mobile Application from your Device; (iii) our written notice to you of termination at any time which we may give with or without cause. If this License is revoked for any reason, you agree to promptly delete the PEFCU Mobile Application from your Device. The provisions of this Agreement shall survive revocation of the License.
