Mobile Device Items. (i) Each Check Image submitted using a Mobile Device (a “Mobile Deposit”) must provide all information on the front and back of the original check at the time presented to Member by the drawer, including, but not limited to, information about the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the original check, MICR information, signature(s), any required identification written on the front of the original check and any endorsements applied to the back of the original check. The image quality must meet the standards established by the American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve (“FRB”), and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. (ii) Endorsements must be made on the back of the check within 1 ½ inches from the top edge, although Navigant may accept endorsements outside this space. Member’s endorsement must include Member’s signature and “FOR NCU REMOTE DEPOSIT ONLY,” or as otherwise specified by Navigant from time to time. Any loss Navigant incurs from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by Member will be Member’s responsibility.

  • Network Interface Device 4.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s on-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall permit Al-Call to connect Al-Call ’s loop facilities to on-premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Take all action necessary to assure that its computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, and, at the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders, provide evidence to the Lenders of such year 2000 compatibility.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Signaling protocol The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling where Technically Feasible and available as defined in GR 905 Telcordia Standards including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and TCAP for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. All Network Operations Forum (NOF) adopted standards shall be adhered to. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.
