Moderate-Income Household. The wordsModerate Income Household” shall mean persons and families whose income does not exceed one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the then-current area median income of the County of Contra Costa adjusted for family size by the State Department of Housing and Community Development in accordance with adjustment factors adopted and amended from time to tome by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937. as amended, and California Health and Safety Code Section 50093, as it may be amended from time-to-time. In no event, however, shall the stated threshold for a Moderate Income Household be, for purpose of this Agreement, less than one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the then-current area median income of the County of Contra Costa.

Moderate-Income Household. The term “Moderate-Income Household” means a household whose income meets the standards defined in Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations Section 6932, and by Health and Safety Code section 50093. The maximum household income amount for Moderate Income households shall be the amount published by the California Department of Housing and Community Development for a household of an appropriate size for the Inclusionary Unit and is set forth in Attachment I of the Regulations.
Moderate-Income Household. A Moderate Income Household is a household whose income is at or below 80% AMI, and more than 50% AMI, as determined and published by HUD on an annual basis, for the area in which a REDI project is located.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Gross Income Allocation If any Partner has a deficit Capital Account at the end of any Fiscal Year which is in excess of the sum of (i) the amount such Partner is obligated to restore, if any, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, and (ii) the amount such Partner is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5), each such Partner shall be specially allocated items of Partnership income and gain in the amount of such excess as quickly as possible; provided that an allocation pursuant to this Section 5.05(c) shall be made only if and to the extent that a Partner would have a deficit Capital Account in excess of such sum after all other allocations provided for in this Article V have been tentatively made as if Section 5.05(b) and this Section 5.05(c) were not in this Agreement.

  • Shiftwork 28.1 In this clause Shiftwork means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance 37.3 All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556
