Modification Description. This emergency modification was necessary after the Governor ordered that the June 2 election be conducted as primarily a vote-by-mail election in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. This modification added a statewide public awareness campaign for the June 2 election to educate voters about the changes in how the June 2 election was conducted.
