Modification of the Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the Utility before making any Material Modification or any other change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the Utility’s System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the Utility’s prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.
Modification of the Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer must notify the Public Utility of all proposed modifications to the Generating Facility or equipment package that will increase the Generation Capacity of the Customer’s Generating Facility, pursuant to R746-312-14(6). The Interconnection Customer must submit a new application pursuant to the appropriate level of review, and such application must specify all proposed modifications (R746-312-4(6)). This procedure applies to all subsequent modifications to increase its gross power rating, pursuant to R746-312-17(1)(b). The Public Utility will process, evaluate, and approve the application for the proposed modification according to the steps in R746-312. The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the Public Utility before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the Electric Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the Public Utility's prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.

Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with industry standards and regulations. If the Customer makes such modification without LES' prior written authorization, LES shall have the right to disconnect the Generating Facility.

Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the City’s prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.

If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without HEA’s prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the generating facility.

The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from BC Hydro before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without BC Hydro's prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility. Notwithstanding any review or consent by BC Hydro, the responsibility for any such modifications will reside entirely with the Interconnection Customer and any review or consent by BC Hydro will not constitute an assumption of liability by BC Hydro or relieve the Interconnection Customer of any liability in respect of the modifications and their effect on the BC Hydro System and the interconnection.

The Generating Facility must receive written authorization from GRICUA before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of GRICUA electric system. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Generating Facility makes such modification without GRICUA’s prior written authorization, GRICUA shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.
Modification of the Generating Facility. The Interconnection Member must receive written authorization from the Cooperative before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the Cooperative’s System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Member makes such modification without the Cooperative’s prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.
Modification of the Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from: (1) the Interconnecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) the System Operator before making any change to the Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New England Transmission System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the System Operator’s or the Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s, as appropriate, prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility.
