Modifications to Products. From time to time, EVOLUS may in its sole discretion modify without increase of cost to the DISTRIBUTOR the Agreement Products or the Labeling thereto as a result of changes to the Daewoong Agreement, manufacturing, sourcing or regulatory requirements or product improvements or modifications. Any such improvements or modifications shall be made in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including any notice requirements thereof. EVOLUS shall notify DISTRIBUTOR in writing not less than [***] days in advance of any such planned change.
Modifications to Products. (a) DISTRIBUTOR shall not make any changes to the Product without the prior written approval of MANUFACTURER. Any proposed changes, text in English, must be submitted to MANUFACTURER in writing with supporting drawings and technical information. No response by MANUFACTURER within thirty (30) days shall be deemed as non-approval of the proposed changes.

If Kyoo makes a material change to the Products, Kyoo will inform Customer, provided that Customer has an active Subscription with Kyoo at the time of the announcement of such change.
Modifications to Products. Manufacturer may not make changes in the Products or in the formulations of the Products subject to this Agreement without reasonable written notice and a statement of justification for the proposed changes sufficient for BAS to make a reasonable analysis of the change and its impact upon BAS's marketing and distribution efforts.
