Modifications to the Service. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. (c) GTC will attempt, but is not required, to provide prior notice of planned service outages, and shall have no liability for failure to provide notice. GTC may post such notifications on its website, via Customer email, or via GTC’s authorized social media outlets, including Facebook and Twitter. It is the Customer's responsibility to check for notifications via GTC’s website, Customer’s GTC email address or GTC’s social media outlets.

The Customer shall not be entitled to any setoff, discount, refund, or other credit, if any, in the case of any service outage which is beyond GTC’s control or which is reasonable in duration.
Modifications to the Service. Corel may continually develop, deliver and provide ongoing changes to the Service in the form of new or modified features, functionality, capabilities and services. Corel may add or remove features from the Service based on performance or user feedback. Accordingly, Corel reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time in its sole discretion. You agree that Corel shall not be liable (consumers who use the Service for their private purposes residing in a Member State of the European Economic Area, please note that any limitation on liability in this Agreement is subject to Section B 4) to You or to any third party for any modification or temporary suspension of the Service. In the event Corel adds additional features, functionality, capabilities or services to the Service, Corel may condition the implementation of such modifications on the payment of fees (subject to an express agreement between Corel and You), and You will not be entitled to such new features, functionality, capabilities or services unless You pay such fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all new features, functionality, capabilities or services added to the Service shall be subject to this Agreement.

If you provide feedback to Yoga Buddhi regarding the Service (“Feedback”), you acknowledge that the Feedback is not confidential and you authorize Yoga Buddhi to use that Feedback without restriction and without payment to you. Accordingly, you hereby grant to Yoga Buddhi a nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose. We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If we modify these Terms, we will indicate that we have done so on the Yoga Buddhi website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/terms or otherwise provide you notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Use of the Service after the effective date of a modification constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.
