Modified Work. (a) The Employer will notify the Bargaining Unit President of the names of all nurses who go off work as a result of a work related injury (whether or not the nurses are in receipt of WSIB Benefits) or who begin receiving LTD and will again notify the Bargaining Unit President when these Nurses return to work.
