Monitoring and Evaluation Methodology. The AAAPP will review and evaluate the performance of the Sub-Recipient under the terms of this contract. Monitoring shall be conducted through direct contact with the Sub-Recipient via telephone, in writing, or an on- site visit. The primary, secondary, or signatory of the contract must be available for any on-site programmatic monitoring visit. The AAAPP reserves the right to conduct an on-site visit unannounced by persons duly authorized by the AAAPP. The AAAPP’s determination of acceptable performance shall be conclusive. The Sub-Recipient agrees to cooperate with the AAAPP in monitoring the progress of completion of the service tasks and deliverables. The AAAPP may use, but is not limited to, one or more of the following methods for monitoring: a. Desk reviews and analytical reviews; b. Scheduled, unscheduled, and follow-up on-site visits; c. Client visits; d. Review of independent auditor’s reports; e. Review of third-party documents and/or evaluation; f. Review of progress reports; g. Review of customer satisfaction surveys; h.
