Common use of Monitoring and Evaluation Methodology Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Evaluation Methodology. The AAAPP will review and evaluate the performance of the sub-recipient under the terms of this contract. Monitoring shall be conducted through direct contact with the sub-recipient through telephone, in writing, or on-site visits. The AAAPP's determination of acceptable performance shall be conclusive. The sub-recipient agrees to cooperate with the AAAPP/DOEA in monitoring the progress of completion of the service tasks and deliverables.
