Monitoring and Sampling Methodologies. Xxxxxxxx developed a set of monitoring goals in 1997. These goals were presented to the Stakeholders and SAC in 1997. Based on acceptance of these goals a monitoring program was designed. The monitoring program was also presented to the Stakeholders and SAC for review and comment. The monitoring program includes a combined program of chemical and biological monitoring at numerous locations throughout the watershed. Ambient water quality sampling is performed at 26 stations on a biweekly basis. Biological sampling was performed at 12 stations. Since 1999 Clermont also has five (5) wet weather monitoring stations specifically targeted to collection of information on stormwater runoff. These stations will be used to further evaluate the impacts under wet weather conditions and support future reverification of the watershed modeling tools.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.   • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network.   • Trunk Forecasting Requirements 14.2.1 Initial trunk forecast requirements. At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.
