Common use of Monitoring Equipment Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Equipment. Customer will provide an automated method to transfer operational and maintenance data to GE for the monitoring and diagnosis of Engine condition. If the aircraft is equipped with air-to-ground equipment such as AGARS. the Customer will forward the data directly to the GE SITA/ARINC address. If air-ground equipment is not available, GE will work with Customer to establish an alternate electronic means of providing this data.
