Monitoring of Non-Promotional Activities. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Indivior shall develop and implement a monitoring program for the following types of activities: (1) consultant arrangement activities; (2) Research-related activities; (3) publication activities; and (4) medical education grants. This program shall be referred to as the Non-Promotional Monitoring Program (NPMP).
