Extension of the Lease. At the expiration of the term of the lease, Party B shall have the right of first refusal to extend the lease upon the same condition.
Extension of the Lease. A. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs (B) through (D) hereinbelow, the Lessee is entitled to an extension of the Lease Period by an additional period of forty-nine (49) years on the condition that the Lessee shall have notified the Lessor to this effect within the last 12 months preceding the expiry of the Lease Period. The conditions of the lease during the additional Lease Period shall be as applied at the time by the Lessor with regard to the lease of land comparable to the Premises in the area of the Premises and for the same purpose, taking into account that the Lessee shall have paid for the construction of the Buildings.
B. The Lease Period shall be extended strictly by one additional lease period, and the Lessor shall be under no obligation to extend the lease period any further; and if this Lease Contract refers to an additional lease period the Lessor shall be under no obligation to grant a further extension of the lease period covered by this Contract.
C. In the event of change of destination of the land containing the Premises, the Lessor shall be under no obligation to extend the lease period.
D. Any extension of the Lease Period shall be subject to compliance with all of the following conditions:
(1) The Lessee shall have complied with all the provisions of this Contract;
(2) Not later than the expiry of the Lease Period, the Lessee shall have signed a new lease contract containing the terms of the new lease as provided hereinabove.
Extension of the Lease. After the expiration of the first five year lease term ("Initial Term"), DCH WIC may extend this Lease under all the conditions and terms of this Lease, for an additional five year term by giving Nueces County written notice by certified mail to Nueces County Courthouse, 000 Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the lease term.
A. Prior to the expiration of the Initial Term; or any subsequent lease term, Nueces County may refuse to extend this Lease by providing written notice by certified mail to DCH WIC, 0000 X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000.
Extension of the Lease. The rents of the extension are identified as those of the period closing and under the conditions of article 5/Special Conditions. It will be therefore established on a monthly basis- it falls to the Lessee to define with the supplier the following conditions regarding material; at issue is the period of extension and under reserve of notification made in the conditions of Article

In the event that the Lessee will inform the Lessor in writing at least seven months before the expiry date of the Lease Agreement about the intention of the prolongation of the Lease Agreement and The Lessor approve such prolongation within 30 days in written, this Lease Agreement will be extended for a duration agreed upon by both parties on the same terms and conditions, which will be binding in the last month of the Lease Period, in particular in respect of the Basic Rent and Service Charges (taking into account the valorisation and provided that the Lessee will not be obliged to carry out any fit out works in the Property.)

Extension of the Lease. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsections (b)-(d) hereunder, the Lessee shall be entitled to extend the lease for an additional term of forty nine (49) years, provided that it shall notify the Lessor of its wish to extend the same within the last 12 months prior to expiration of the Term of the Lease; the terms and conditions of the lease during the Additional Term of Lease shall be as customary at that time with respect to land of the type of the Leased Premises leased by the Lessor in the area of the Leased Premises, and for the purpose of such lease, and taking into account that the Lessee had paid for the Initials: R.G., O.B. [ Letterhead of the Israel Land Administration ] construction of the Buildings.
(b) The Term of the Lease shall be extended for one Additional Term of Lease only, and the Lessor shall not be obligated to further extend the Additional Term of Lease, and if this lease contract is for an Additional Term of Lease - the Lessor shall not be obligated to further extend the Term of the Lease under this contract.
(c) In the event that the designation of the land on which the Leased Premises are constructed shall have changed during the Term of the Lease, the Lessor shall not be obligated to extend the Term of the Lease.
(d) The extension of the Term of the Lease shall be made upon fulfillment of all of the following conditions:
(1) The Lessee shall have fulfilled all of the terms of this lease contract.
(2) The Lessee shall sign a new lease contract, incorporating the terms of the extended lease as aforesaid, no later than the end of the Term of the Lease.
Extension of the Lease. The term of the lease as set forth in Article 3 may be extended for successive additional periods of one year each, but not beyond October 31, «Expiration_Date», with prior written approval of the Bureau of Reclamation: provided, that the lease may be extended for additional successive periods of one year each for 1) up to five years from the above date if the lessee has achieved organic status as provided in Article 4(b); 2) up to three years from the above date for an approved summer flood fallow program as provided in Article 4(c), 3) up to one year from the above date if the lessee has an approved fall flooding program as provided in Article 4(d), or 4) up to ten crop years for laser leveling as provided in Article 4(e). The Bureau of Reclamation may condition its approval of the lease extension on acceptance of new or modified terms and conditions of the Lease. If an extension is approved, an advance payment as stated per Article 2 for the succeeding lease year must be paid in full and received no later than the date specified on the xxxx of collection evidencing approval to extend the lease (usually by January 15th). Receipt of the advance payment per Article 2 is lessee's agreement to the terms and conditions in any lease extension.
