Payroll Periods. 37.01 Pay periods shall be bi-weekly. Pay days shall be every second Friday.
37.02 The Employer shall issue pay stubs to its employees at least one day prior to pay day.
37.03 When pay day falls on a holiday, pay day shall be the last banking day prior to the holiday.
Payroll Periods. Section 1. The pay of teachers will be made in 26 equal payments scheduled throughout the year. Teachers may ask to have the balance of their salary paid in a lump sum in June provided school funds are available.
Payroll Periods. The Town and Association agree to the continuation of a biweekly payroll period. The following conditions are in effect:
A. Employee pay shall not be withheld more than seven (7) calendar days from the end of the payroll period, however, a maximum of two days overtime may appear on the next payroll period if it is worked following the submittal of time sheets, or during a pay period with a Town holiday which requires early submittal of time sheets and early distribution (before Friday) of pay checks. This may also occur at the end of the fiscal or calendar year.
B. The Town shall provide an optional electronic check deposit system for use by employees.
Payroll Periods. The Town and T.E.A. agree that a biweekly payroll period shall be utilized subject to the following conditions:
12.1.1 Employee pay shall not be withheld more than seven (7) calendar days following the end of the payroll period; however, overtime may appear on the next payroll period if it is worked following the submittal of time sheets, or during a pay period with a Town holiday which requires early submittal of time sheets and early distribution (before Friday) of pay checks.
12.1.2 All Town employees shall be compensated on a biweekly basis.
Payroll Periods. The first and sixteenth day of the month is designated as paydays. The teacher shall have the choice of twenty or twenty-four pay periods. No advanced payments will be made.
Payroll Periods. The first payroll shall be on September 15. Staff employed by the district as of June 1, 2006 shall be allowed to continue with their previous payroll option (twenty- four or nineteen pay periods). If such staff chose the nineteen (19) payroll period pay option, and then in the future opt to select the twenty-four (24) payroll period option, such selection shall be irrevocable.
Payroll Periods.
18.1 All employees under this Agreement shall be paid in full every two weeks, not later than Friday of the week following the end of the pay period in which the employee provided services to the University. Employees will be paid in accordance with the designated University payroll calendar.
18.2 Each employee’s pay statement shall include as a minimum gross earnings and a breakdown of all monies deducted and for what purpose. Payroll checks shall be sealed.
18.3 Employees not receiving their biweekly pay by the Friday on which pay is normally received shall have their paycheck delivered to the building in which Police Services resides or made available for pick up at the Payroll Office within three working days of the date upon which the University Payroll department becomes aware of the problem.
18.4 Employees may opt for direct deposit of their pay with prior written authorization to the employer. Direct deposit will be by electronic transfer when the institution receiving the deposit is a member of Automated Clearing House (ACH).
Payroll Periods. A payroll period is a fourteen-calendar-day period commencing on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday following such Sunday. Bargaining unit employees shall be paid for each payroll period on the Friday that follows thirteen days after the end of such payroll period.
Payroll Periods. If a pay date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the employee will be paid on the last work day preceding the scheduled pay date. Current pay dates are the 7th and 22th of each month following the end of the respective pay period. Actual pay dates will be seven (7) calendar days following the end of the pay period. Pay periods are defined as the 1st – 15th and 16th – last day of the month.
Payroll Periods. If the unit member fails to engage in repayment, the District may take steps necessary to collect any monies owed. Approved costs related to medical care, temporary and permanent disability payments, job displacement benefits, travel expenses and death benefits shall be paid as required by law.
