Common use of Moonlighting Clause in Contracts

Moonlighting. 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting. 24.02 When this practice affects the Company's business or the employee's ability to perform his/her job, it shall be cause for reprimand or dismissal. 24.03 When this practice affects the Union, the Company agrees to cooperate with the Union in reprimand and/or dismissal.
