Hospital Policies. Company acknowledges that Hospital’s employees and medical and professional staff members and the employees and staff members of Hospital’s Affiliates are subject to the applicable policies of Hospital and such Affiliates, including, without limitation, policies regarding conflicts of interest, intellectual property and other matters. Company shall provide Hospital with any agreement it proposes to enter into with any employee or staff member of Hospital or any of Hospital’s Affiliates for Hospital’s prior review and shall not enter into any oral or written agreement with such employee or staff member which conflicts with any such policy. Hospital shall provide Company, at Company’s request, with copies of any such policies applicable to any such employee or staff member.

Hospital Policies. The Hospital shall provide the Union with an electronic copy of any policy which affects the working conditions of bargaining unit members prior to its implementation. The Union will be provided with an opportunity to discuss such proposed policy. Policies affecting bargaining unit employees shall be forwarded to the Union no later than seven (7) calendar days following the date of their approval.

Hospital Policies. To the extent a subject or matter is not specifically covered by this Agreement, the applicable Hospital policies, including human resource department policies, shall govern. The Hospital shall have the right and authority to modify, eliminate or create new policies, including human resource department policies, to the extent their specific subject matter is not covered by this Agreement. The Hospital will provide CIR with thirty (30) days’ notice of the implementation of a new policy or the elimination or modification of an existing policy, and at the request of CIR, shall meet with CIR to discuss the policies.

The list shall be updated in the first week of April and October of each year. The list shall be in order of bargaining unit wide seniority and shall include the name of the employees, their seniority expressed in years to the third decimal point, their status (i.e. full-time, regular part-time, casual, or temporary), their job classification title, and campus at which they are employed, and the effective date upon which the seniority list was updated. O List of Bargaining Unit Employees to the Union By July of each year the Hospital shall provide to the Union for the period ending with the last full pay period in the month of June and by January for the period ending with the last full pay period in the month of December an electronic copy of an updated list of bargaining unit employees including the following information: employee's name, seniority expressed in years to three decimal points, service expressed in years to three decimal points, status (full-time, regular part-time, or casual), temporary or permanent, department name, job classification title, active or on leave, hourly wage rate, hours worked year to date, Campus, date of birth, sex, address, telephone number unlisted number excepted. Printing of Agreement The Hospital and the Union will share equally the costs associated with the printing and translation of the Collective Agreement in both official languages. Where possible, the Collective Agreements shall be printed in the printing department of the Hospital, and where not possible in a unionized printing shop.
