More Than Twelve Months Layoff Provisions. The Deputy Head may lay off an employee of the unclassified division who has more than twelve (12) months continuous service by giving written notice which is the greater of: (a) thirty (30) calendar days; or (b) one (1) calendar day for each month of continuous service up to a maximum of sixty (60) calendar days.
